You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to return it for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Photos of the item(s), especially if they are damaged or defective

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective item or the wrong item).

4. Refund Process

5. Exchanges

For a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order, as this is often faster.

6. Non-Returnable Items
