These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://mvlstudio.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Mvlstudio, operated by MVL Studio INC ("we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

2. Products, pricing and payment

All products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue products at any time.
Product images are for illustration. Actual colors and sizing may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing.
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are collected where required by law and shown at checkout.
Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical or listing errors at any time. If an order is affected by such an error, we may cancel it and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not by itself mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including limited inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel your order, we will notify you, and any payment collected will be refunded to your original payment method.

You may request to cancel an order by emailing support@mvlstudio.com within 1 hour of placing it. After that time, the order may already be packed and cancellation may not be possible.

4. Shipping and returns

We ship only to addresses within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays or other causes beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for details. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, designs, logos, images and software, is owned by or licensed to MVL Studio INC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or other users' information;
Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
Scrape, harvest or collect data from the Site by automated means without our permission; or
Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person.

7. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVL Studio INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MVL Studio INC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

8. Governing law, disputes and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted by law, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. United States sales only

We sell and ship products only within the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States, and these Terms apply to customers in the United States.
