1. Return eligibility
You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.
All returns must be requested by email and approved by our support team before you ship anything back. Packages sent without prior approval may not be processed.
2. Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Underwear, swimwear and pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons.
3. Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or if it never arrives, email us within 30 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date if the package was never delivered). Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and photos where applicable. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
4. How to return an item
- Email support@mvlstudio.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
- Within 1–2 business days, our support team replies with your return approval and a free prepaid return label.
- Pack the items securely, attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier.
- Once your return arrives, we inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility conditions above.
- After inspection, we process your refund.
Return shipping is always free for you.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return, and are issued to your original payment method. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is the result of our error or where required by law.

This policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States.
