Shipping overview
Mvlstudio ships orders only to addresses within the United States. Every order ships from our US warehouses, so there are no customs forms, import duties or international fees to worry about.
Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days after you place them. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and US public holidays, so an order placed on a Friday evening, for example, begins processing on the next business day.
Shipping method and carriers
We offer one shipping method: Standard Shipping. Depending on your address and the package, your order is delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Standard Shipping costs a flat $5.99 per order and is free on orders over $75. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated delivery
Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days from the order date: 1–3 business days of processing plus 4–8 business days in transit. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of carrier delays, severe weather, holidays or other unexpected circumstances.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us at support@mvlstudio.com within 1 hour of placing it. After that, your order may already be packed, and changes may not be possible.
Lost, damaged or incorrect packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or contains a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date if it never arrived). Include your order number and photos where possible. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
