This policy outlines how Mvlstudio processes and ships your orders. Please read it carefully to understand our timelines, methods, and your responsibilities.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order is processed and handed to the shipping carrier, the estimated delivery time begins.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 | Estimated delivery in 5 - 11 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are not flat and are calculated in real-time during checkout. The final cost is determined by your shipping destination and the total weight of the items in your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be activated and updated in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
5. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Mvlstudio is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier processing or transit delays.
- Inclement weather or natural disasters.
- Customs hold-ups for international orders.

6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are subject to a re-shipment fee to cover the additional shipping costs.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with household members, neighbors, or your building's management.
- Contacting your local post office or the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please email us at [email protected]. We will initiate a carrier claim and, upon confirmation, arrange for a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
8. International Shipping
For orders shipped outside our primary shipping country, please note:
- The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Delivery times are estimates and will vary significantly by destination country and customs processing.
- Due to manufacturer restrictions or logistical constraints, some items in our store cannot be shipped internationally.
